These types of pages are always fun. They tend to remind me of the autobiographies you had to write as a kid in the 4th grade. So, who am I and what’s this site all about? At the moment, I’m not too into the whole autobiographical thing, so we’ll start with what this site’s about.
This site is (or is going to be) used for all the typical sorts of things that people everywhere are blogging about. Basic journaling, family photos, commentary on all sorts of things, etc, etc.
I have a lot of varied interests and have an ever increasing feeling like I need to share them, publish them, write about them — somehow get them out of me. Express them. That’s the term I’m looking for.
I also need a place for me to express events and experiences in life that sometimes strike me just so — stand out to me. Writing about it affords me the opportunity to sort these things out, since frequently I really don’t know why I find them so interesting. When it comes to things like these, typically no one wants to listen to you either since you usually don’t make much sense. But, by writing about it on the Web, maybe someone, somewhere will tell me they’ve thought the same way. The other possibility is that no one will read this at all! Either way is fine. As long as I’ve taken the time out to think about it, that’s good.
